In the article by Emiroğlu et al., entitled “The Approach of General Surgeons to Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery in Turkey: A Survey of Practice Patterns” (Balkan Med J 2014; 31: 307-312) that was published in the December 2014 issue of Balkan Medical Journal, one of the contributing authors’ middle name was erroneously omitted from the author list due to an author error. Upon receipt of the written request of the contributing authors, the Editorial Board reviewed the case and approved Mehmet Gülçelik’s name corrected as Mehmet Ali Gülçelik.
